We have a bright double bedroom available in friendly house share. The house currently has 3 boys and 2 girls living together. They work in Communications, Sales, Research, a lawyer, a waiter and a Chef. The house is fairly laid-back, all have their own social groups and respect one another's privacy but will have a chat/drink in the living room on occasion.
The property is presented in good condition throughout and the ground floor rooms include a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It is a large house, but the property comprises of an open kitchen/reception room, two bathrooms and an additional smaller kitchen.

The rent includes all bills, and so is good value in this zone. There is a cleaner who comes weekly, and as this is organised by the tenants at a small shared extra charge. The broadband, also organised by the occupants, is a small extra charge of £5 per month.
