The flat and location:
A three bed flat, just a two minute walk from Clapham South station with a M&S, Sainsbury's and Tesco literally on the door step. There are a plenty of nice pubs and restaurants within walking distance (Abbeville Road is only a 5 minute walk away) and Clapham Common is also just across the road.

The room is good sized double bedroom, which comes fully furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. There is also plenty of room to put a desk if you are currently working from home.

There is a good sized open planned kitchen/lounge, with a dining table and corner sofa. The kitchen is also fully equipped including a washing machine/dryer. The lounge area leads onto a balcony. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom.

Rent and bills:
The room is £800 - this includes all bills other than the TV license and internet which are separate, and work out at roughly £15 a month .

The deposit for the room is one month's rent and the rooms are rented individually.

Current housemate:
Alicia is 22 years old working in customer service. She loves cooking, dancing and fitness etc.

Ideal flatmates:
Ideally someone in their early twenties to early thirties, who is easy going, clean and tidy and is looking to help make this little flat a home. Someone who is happy to chill with a glass of wine in the evenings, but also respect each other’s privacy.
