Beautiful double room newly furnished in clean modern flat, with back garden in very close walking distance to Clapham South Underground station (3 min walk) and all the amenities Clapham has to offer and only a 1 minute walk to Clapham Common park - so ideal for those who are into their fitness and in the summer months enjoying a few drinks there with friends. Living with two other young professionals who enjoy hitting the gym, socialising and chilling in our spare time. The flat is smoke free so any smokers would be expected to step outside for a cigarette, there is also a cleaner that drops in regularly.

We are both tidy & considerate and are looking to share with someone else who is a similar fit. In the evenings we like to get home and chill and are happy to hangout and socialise but equally respect each others space.

Nadine is a 26 year old occupational therapist who works in the city and I am a 31 year old engineer working in the construction industry. We both work quite long hours during the week and like to come home and chill out in the evenings. During the week we would expect you to be respectful and not fall through the door at 2am on school-nights (bar the odd one!). At the weekend we both tend to be out and about catching up with friends etc.

The room is available from 21st June and is a medium size with all relatively new furniture and fittings, its got a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers (not shown in the photos but will update these at the weekend) There is a newly fitted shared bathroom with modern drench shower, shared kitchen with all new modern appliances and a large living room with a very comfortable sofa and a 65" TV so perfect for watching movies/sports etc. There is also a small cellar which is handy for sorting suitcases etc. and a garden to the rear of the property. There is also free on street parking for anyone that's got a car.
