We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join the Granard Road family! Ideally looking for a guy to balance the genders. Sadly one of the guys is moving up north - we’re so sad but excited to find someone new to join us!
We have a HUGE bright double room available on the ground floor. All furniture displayed comes with the room, including the big desk ideal for WFH and huge 3 door wardrobe. The bathroom will only be shared with one other person (we have 3 ensuite rooms and 3 shared bathrooms in the house). Our house is massive with a spacious sociable open living area/kitchen and big astroturf garden perfect for bbqs!
We’re a very sociable bunch, all new to the house/eachother since the first lockdown last year but we get on really well! We don’t cook together regularly but we plan a lot of house events/bbqs/movie nights/games nights/wine and cheese nights/bike rides etcccc so we’re definitely looking for someone sociable and easygoing to join the fam! Ideally someone working a 9-5 (ish) schedule :)
Personally I’ve lived in the heart of Clapham before but find this location to be even more ideal. It’s in a very quiet residential area but a stones throw from Balham/Clapham. Located literally a minutes walk from wandsworth common, but also walking distance to Clapham South/Balham tube station.
Clapham Common: 15 min walk
Clapham South station: 12 min walk
Balham station: 10 min walk
Wandsworth common overground: 7 min!
All bills included!! Super fast WiFi, smart tv, tv liscence, cleaner once a week, everything all in the price.
Please don’t be put off by the ‘8 bed’ house - the place is huge and I can’t stress enough that this is not an issue! We’re rarely ALL in the lounge at the same time and have never once (honestly) had a problem cooking dinner etc at the same time because of our different schedules and HUGE kitchen haha.
