Cosy double available in a spacious three-bedroom house, only 5 minutes from Clapham South station!
You would be sharing with my two lovely housemates Elaine and Taerin. I have lived here for over 7 years and am sad to leave but am now moving up to Scotland!

We are looking for a chilled out, tidy, respectful professional female to become a part of our household, to hang out with in the living room after work and have the odd glass of wine together. While we do many things together, we also have our own friends and independent social lives and do our own thing too. We consider this house our own, but it is not a party house!

The room itself has a double bed and a large wardrobe, shelves and ample under-the-bed storage. Additional storage for this room is also provided in the cupboard on the landing. The house has a really good-sized kitchen, a large bright shared living room (great for house plants!), conservatory (great for drying clothes!), back garden (which catches the sun all day in the summer) and an extra downstairs toilet.

This is a whole end of terrace house and not just a flat! Also, we have a private landlord who is pretty relaxed, so there are no agency fees!

We'd recommend coming to view as the photos don't do the house justice (I'm not a great photographer) but we can also arrange online viewings instead if that's more convenient.

The room will be available from 1 November.
