Modern bathroom (shared between 3 people) with large walk-in shower, traditional roll top bath tub.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 min walk from Clapham South, 10 min walk from Balham, 15 min walk from Clapham Common station and 10 min walk from the lovely Abbeville Road and surrounded by beautiful parks (Clapham Common, Tooting Common)

I am leasing my room while I leave London temporarily. Ideally until New Year but I can be flexible with dates and there is a possibility to extend further.

About the housemates: Pretty damn awesome and very welcoming!!.. we are a social household who like sharing dinners and movies but the house is also big enough to all have own own space. We are health focused and professional, we have a great laugh together and enjoy music. However, this is not a party house and we are generally quite low-key.
