We’re on the hunt for an absolute legend to join the team at Cathles Castle.

En-suite double room with a window facing the backyard. It comes with a bed, full-length mirror, wardrobe, shelves and a couple of sets of drawers. The bathrooms fairly small; shower, sink & toilet.

The house is a true gem, with a big lounge, 2 kitchens, an outdoor area and very well used BBQ for the weekly cook out in summer. Better still we have 2 fridges and a full-sized freezer.

We are a very social bunch and on lucky nights when we’re all home together we chat and dine together, though everyone does their own cooking.

Current flatties are a brilliant mix 4 guys 3 girls. All mid twenties working professionals. A delightful combo of fraud detectors, shipmates, project managers, physios and teachers.

We are after a guy or girl who is sociable and keen to merge into the flat scene. Must be a working professionals between 22-30 who can contribute to the dribble but also knows how to let loose. As great as we are, we also appreciate a tidy abode, so need someone who is able to clean up after themselves. We’re after someone who’s wants to join the family but can also look after themselves.

Rent includes ALL bills, Virgin, flat stuff like loo rolls and kitchen things, a cleaner once a week for the common areas, and great Wifi.

We’re about 1 minute walk to Clapham South tube, the Common, Chicken Cottage, the Perky Nel and Avalon. There’s a Saino’s and a bigger Tesco right up the road.
