Massive double bedroom up for grabs in a classic Victorian terrace house with four fun and sociable house mates just a two minute walk from Clapham Common.

The Flatmates:
Three male and one female make up the good folk you will share the place with. Three of which are English and one is Irish. We all get along really well and having each others company during this lockdown has been a blessing. As a flat we have games night and watch sports together, often accompanies by Tescos most on special bottle of Malbec. The occasional chick flick has been known to sneak onto the screen on a Sunday evening.
All the flatmates are young professionals, two of which are currently working from home, but nobody gets under each others feet due to the generous size of the property.

The House:
The ground floor features a lounge with all the sports channels a kid could dream, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet and one bedroom plus access to the basement for storage. All of this leads out to a large back yard kitted out with a four burner BBQ.
The second floor has the other four bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The third floor has a small room which predominantly gets used for storage. There is also an attic with extra storage.
There is one off street car park.

The Area:
The flat is ideally located just a 5 minute walk from Clapham South Tube Station which has the Northern Line ripping through it straight into the city. Its also only a 2 minute walk to Clapham Common making it the ideal place for evening walks and exercise. There is an abundance of good size supermarkets including a big Tescos only 240m walk away. There are also some great pubs, restaurants, takeaway food joints and specialty food stores all within a stones throw of the front door.

The Room:
It is a huge double bedroom with a comfy double bed, two sets of drawers, one full size wardrobe, a couch and a coffee table all make the room a very nice place to be.

I really enjoy living here with these awesome people and I am sad to be going. I have been given a rare opportunity to spend the winter months in the Austrian Alps which is an offer I can't turn down hence I am up and leaving.
