Bright double room in modern terrace house

We have a small double room available from February in our modern terraced house, with a large social kitchen, separate living room, and a backyard with bike storage and outdoor furniture. There's plenty of room for everyone to WFH if you need to.

Located in a very handy spot - 5 minutes from Clapham Common, Clapham South tube station, giant Tesco, Sainbury’s Local, and many pubs/bars (when we're allowed outside!).

Rent is £600 pcm, bills will be £75 - 85. The room is small, but well organised. It's cosy and gets sun all day long. There’s lots of storage in the wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed. A small folding desk is also available if you want it.

You will be living with three Australians: Lyndal, an architect, Jess, a paramedic, and Rick, who works in autism support & HR. We’re looking for a laid back housemate who works full-time, loves a glass of wine/beer, and is ideally looking for someone like-minded and considerate.

Move in date is flexible up until the end of February. Rental & employer references required.
