I am moving out of my room in Clapham and looking for someone to take over it. The house is 5 minutes walk from Clapham South station in a gated estate. The house comes with a parking spot and visitor spots for if you have friends/family come to visit.
The room Itself is a large furnished double with built in wardrobes, space easily for a desk and most importantly an en suite. You also have access to your own balcony at the front of the house.
The house itself is a large house with a big garden, large living room and kitchen and a further 2 bathrooms/toilets.
Currently there are 2 girls and a guy living in the house who work during the week but are always up for a chat/watching tv at night.
The rooms available from the 15th February but I am flexible for either before or after this date.
