The house is in an amazing location, situated on Cathles Road, a quiet road about 7 minute walk away from Clapham South tube station (Northern Line) and Clapham Common. There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Balham High Street only a 10-minute walk away.
About the house:
The kitchen is large and opens out into the garden, perfect for socialising and hosting parties. We also have a separate living room where we often spend evenings watching TV/movies together.
1.5 bathrooms (shared between 4 housemates).
The room is a large double room located on the ground floor to the back of the property, so away from traffic noise. The room can also fit a desk if you work from home.
The rent is £881pcm (all bills, including shared household items e. g. cleaning products, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo etc).
Housemates:
We are three like-minded girls who met via. spareroom and just so happen to love living together. We love to socialise (especially over a glass of wine or two), cook, have chilled nights but also enjoy keeping active and take part is various sports.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who will love living here as much as we do. You should be sociable and happy to join in with us, but equally have your own established London life.
