Double room Clapham South/Balham with Garden!

Heya!

We have 1 double bedroom in a three bedroom house share in Clapham South/Balham, available to move in from 20th September (potential flexibility).

The house is around halfway between Clapham South Underground & Balham Station, so is a 5-7 minute walk between both. It's off the main road with a lovely garden/patio and a gated entrance so feels quiet and secure. The house has a large open living/dining room and is three bedroom, two bathroom - you'll only be sharing your bathroom with one other. The bedroom is a very good size, furnished (brand new bed and mattress) with plenty of storage. We pay £100 each to cover bills per month but there is always a small amount left over.
The property is managed via an estate agent so usual referencing checks ect. apply. The deposit is put into a secure scheme to be refunded at the end of the tenancy.

The location is amazing with plenty of brunch spots, pubs and local supermarkets and walking distance to both Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.

We are two female professionals who work hard, love a good laugh, spending time with friends & just having fun in general. We're looking for a like-mined third, relaxed, sociable and house proud to come and join us! Movie nights, chats, wine and take out are always welcome! :)
