I have two bedrooms to rent. They can be rented individually, or you may want to rent both (price negotiable) and use one as a home office space. Both rooms are large and freshly decorated with new beds with pocket-sprung mattresses, double-glazed windows and brand new carpets. The furnishings are all quite new and there is plenty of storage space. Shower room for exclusive lodger use. The rooms are for single occupancy only.
I can equip the rooms with kettles, microwaves and mini fridges, depending on requirements.
Weekly cleaning included in the rent.
My house is ideally located, being a short walk from Clapham South tube (zone 2), Balham (tube and train) and Wandsworth Common (train). Bus stop on Nightingale Lane. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and gyms nearby and a dry cleaners and cafe at the end of the road.
I work from home, so the room will suit someone who is looking for a quiet(ish) environment.
I have a cat, who is friendly but will not invade your space unless invited!
Both the house and garden are non-smoking areas.
