Lovely bright single room in Clapham South/Balham

The room

Looking for one female to join us in our Clapham South / Balham flat from late July. It's a lovely room with a large window, a single bed and wardrobe space outside the room. Please note there is no space to convert this room to a double bed due to how the door opens.

The flat has a really homely feel, is bright, spacious and well proportioned, in a nice area between Clapham South and Balham - about 8 minutes from either station. It's a great place to live with loads of brunch places, bars and market stalls on a Saturday.

The living/dining room is warm and sunny, there's a separate spacious kitchen, solar panels on the roof to help with the electricity bill, and a great little garden at the back, which is lovely in the summer. Bikes can be kept in the front garden. There are good cycle routes into the city and west end.

You'd be sharing with three friendly young professional women. Charlie who works in FMCG (she is a tenant, not the landlord as spare room suggests!), Amandine who works at one of the embassies and Ruth who works in the performing arts. We are between 24 and 28 years old and are looking for someone who fits in with the current dynamic and is looking for a home not a house (cliché but true). We enjoy going for drinks, attempting Balham pub quizzes and occasional nights out together; but we also have our own lives and respect each other’s personal space.

Rent for the room is £710. All the bills are shared out equally and come to £89 per month. This is a long term let with a minimum stay of 6 months. Council tax band D.
