The property has a spacious open plan living space with floor to ceiling windows and an integrated modern kitchen.

With brickwork from top to toe, this property feels very bright and spacious.

The flat is located very close to the nearby Clapton Overground Station,(7 mins walk) and 8 mins walk to Rectory Road Overground offering access to London Liverpool Street Station in about 10 minutes. It; s a 10 min walk in to Stoke Newington and about 20 mins walk to Hackney Central.

The rent is £960 including all bills: Council tax, gas and electric, TV license, water, Sky broadband and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks for 2 hours.
