Spacious Double in Converted Warehouse

We have a double room up for grabs in our 9 person warehouse. It's a creative place with a mix of musicians, music professionals, primary school teacher and someone at Cartoon Network amongst others... We are a very relaxed and easy going house, everyone has jobs meaning the weeks are fairly quiet with the weekends being as you please.

The space is bright and open with a mezzanine level above the living room, dart board, big TV for group movies, storage space. The space can be used for photoshoots, videos and gigs (very occasionally). We have 2 bathrooms upstairs +1 extra toilet, 2 showers downstairs +1 extra toilet, kitchen complete with 2 of everything, 2 washer/dryers.

The room has a skylight with handy remote that closes when it rains, it is a good size with high dealings. It comes with the bed, clothes rail and a shelf on one wall. The rest of the space is for you to make your own.

The price includes everything from gas, electric, wifi, washing up liquid, toilet roll, cloth washing powder and cleaner every other week . Deposit is one months rent.
