Short Let: double room near Hackney Marshes

Bedroom for short term let

I'm subletting my room, availble from mid-April for 3 months to the end of July, with a view to extending it. Renting for a minimum of 2 months (3 would be preferable.)

It's a lovely homely flatshare in Upper Clapton, with the marshes on the doorstep. The flat is split over two levels ( ground and first floor) with a garden.

Close to Hackney Marshes, Springfield Park and Marina, Lea Valley Park, Stoke Newington Church Street, Chatsworth Road market, Hackney Central are all within a walkable distance.

Sharing with two housemates, one who works in charity finance and is a keen jazz singer and an artist/ illustrator/ nanny. It is a fairly quiet household and we are quite independent. One flatmate works from home for part of the week.

The Room
Double room comes furnished including, a standard size double bed, a 2 chest of draws, and 2 built-in wardrobes and a desk (not in picture)

House bills are included as it is a short let. This includes a fortnightly cleaner.
