Hello. We have a really spacious, bright & warm flatshare in Clapton E5.
The flat has Three double rooms and One Single Room. One double room is already taken by Verica who is from Zurich and already living here a little while and we are looking for additional sharers for the rest of the house.
Fully equipped shared kitchen with a dining table & chairs, washing machine and dryer.
The flat has just been fully refurbished with new laminate flooring and a fresh coat of paint everywhere. There is a bathroom with shower plus an additional separate toilet.

There is high speed wifi and all bills included.

Ideally looking for a longer term - six months or more but would consider a shorter let for a small surcharge.

The area is fantastic and well connected by both bus & Train, Just 3 minutes walk to Clapton BR (15min to Liverpool St.). 24/7 Shops, Cafes, Pubs, Restaurants, Supermarkets on the doorstep. Hackney Marshes, River Lea, Chatsworth, Dalston, London Fields, and other cool places nearby.

We would like to live in a harmonious & happy home in which everyone is respectful of each other's space and contribute to the cleaning and household chores fairly. We are sociable and easy to get along with. Ideally, we'd like to find someone who is professional, working full time.
