A bit about the house! We have a shared living room (with a TV, board games, and as I now write, a bizarre fancy dress camel outfit...), a long garden, two bathrooms, a large kitchen fit with dining area where in which the housemates can often be found catching up on each other's days.

In regards of the room, it’s large and has great lighting with a garden view. It can come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The surrounding area is fantastic. Clapton is brimming with great pubs, cafes, bookstores and record shops. The house is also located between Hackney Downs park, the River Lea and the Hackney Marshes so if you love being near nature, this is the place for you.

In terms of transport, if cycling isn't your thing, Clapton Pond is amazing for buses, there is also Clapton station, Hackney Downs station, and Hackney Central all within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute bus journey away.

Bills include council tax, water, electricity, a weekly cleaner, internet, TV. As you may have noticed, there is no deposit, the rent is £722 and bills are £87 incl. weekly cleaner, broadband, council tax, water, electricity.
