Good size double room available (13 square meters) in our huge Victorian house, built in 1899. Perfect for someone friendly who likes cats and chickens

We are a friendly, sociable couple with 3 cats, 4 chickens and a 4 month old baby (don't worry - he is super well behaved, v friendly and relaxed, and never screams).

We are in one of the most vibrant areas of Clapton, and close to Hackney Central, Chatsworth Road market and some of the most go-to bars in Clapton.

Sporty types will love it. We live close to the tennis courts, and we are very close to the River Lea and lots of green spaces - so perfect for running and cycling.

The house is located on a very peaceful, tree-lined residential street.

Cyclists are welcome. We have an indoor bike park. We also have on-street car parking outside the door. Clapton Overground station is 8 minutes walk with a 10 minute journey time to Liverpool Street. There are also nearby buses to everywhere.

The house includes two huge 9m long living rooms, massive 6. 5m long kitchen, a decent garden, and the bedrooms have high ceilings - as you would expect in a period house.

Being vaguely musical would be a bonus - I have a piano, several guitars, and a smattering of other instruments lying around.

Board game players who like Catan / Risk / card games etc are especially welcome.

Ideally, you'd be interested in occasional Sunday veggie roast, garden cinema, parties and board game nights etc.

Smokers need not apply. No more pets please - we already have enough.
