A furnished double bedroom available for rent in this beautiful penthouse flat (available from the start of Jan).

This is a brilliant flat with two brilliant flatmates, John and Ines. I'm moving out to live with my gf.

The flat is the 1000sq ft. penthouse on a modern development overlooking the canal with leafy parks either side. It's big and bright and has two outside spaces, one of which is a lovely roof terrace perfect for friends and BBQs.

John has his own ensuite with personal bathroom, so you'll be sharing the other bathroom with the other flatmate only. and Ines is very clean! The room is medium sized and comes with bed and furniture and a really nice morning view across the River Lea and over to Walthamstow & Hackney marshes.

The landlord is a lovely lady named Sandi who is totally hands-off but attentive when needed.. No agents involved.

John is renting the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom - he works in the fashion industry.
Ines is renting the other bedroom with the shared bathroom - she works for a charitable organisation focusing on projects in Congo.

We've had a lot of fun together and all get on really well but respect each other's space and privacy. It's important to find someone considerate and clean that likes to keep the house neat and enjoyable. Preferably in their 30s to keep good balance. There's also a cleaner which works out at £5 a week each for bi-weekly visits.

Ines likes the usual things London has to offer including going to movies in independent cinemas, cycling, walks (along the river!), etc. John has a passion for fashion and for his bike and an hilarious ability to never come home without a good story!

The area is brilliant with some nice pubs and a decent co-op about 3 mins walk away. Easy access to the City (10 min walk to Clapton train station and 10-15 min journey into London Liverpool Street). Lea Bridge Station is also within walking distance which connects to Tottenham Hale and therefore providing access to the Victoria Line.
