Hello! We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful three bedroom flat in Clapton, from September 12th.

This is a maximum 8 month let - we will all be moving out by May 12th 2020 - so would suit someone just arriving to London, or looking for a temporary, comfortable home. We would also consider short term lets (rent would be adjustable)

There is one single room as pictured with double bed, big drawer, handrail and shelving. The room is very quiet, with a window that opens out to the private garden.

The lounge has two sofas and a table that can be extended for having friends round for dinner. We've got a fantastic garden with loads of seating and a BBQ.

The house is in a great location - lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and good transport links. Clapton (7 mins walk) and Hackney Downs (10 min walk) overgrounds are very close - 15 min walk to Dalston and Hackney.

You will be living with three - Jay works in Law, Cecilia in Digital Marketing, Ian in software. - we are all in our 30's. We're looking for someone tidy and respecful who's up for the odd house meal and beer or two now and then! Monday to Friday professionals preferred so we are all on the same schedule.

Bills are £90.00 a month which includes broadband and a cleaner. There is a one month deposit - no admin fees!
