Lovely little room in Clapton

Hello, there is a room available in our terrace flat. The flat is situated between Lower Clapton Road and Chatsworth Road, just a short walk from Clapton Pond.

The room is small, has lots of natural light and double glazed windows. Perfect for someone who needs a simple, cheery space located in a great area.
There’s enough room for a small double bed, small desk and clothes rail. Inventive storage would maximise the rooms potential.

The rest of the flat is split between 3 floors, with a kitchen/dining area and a large, airy bathroom that is shared between the flat.

You will be sharing with three other housemates, who work in the creative industries and a mature Calico cat. We are sociable and enjoy hanging out in the flat and living in a relaxed environment. We aren’t clean freaks but expect one another to clean after themselves and be respectful.

Closest transports links are Hackney Central and Homerton Overground stations, which are approx. 10 minutes walk

There are a wealth of local amenities in the area and Hackney Marshes is within a short distance.
