We have one short term room available in this modern development in the heart of Lower Clapton. Available from Nov 21 - Dec 19.

The new build house is a massive, light-filled, airy, and open space, with tall ceilings and a high finish throughout. The main space is the heart of the home, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and hang out area for movies and good times. Downstairs is another communal space with the same footprint, currently being used for WFH and as a dining hall for occasional dinners and get-togethers.

From the main floor there is an entire wall which is a giant glass sliding door that opens onto a large private garden. During lockdown we planted over 20+ vegetables, fruits, & herbs and hope to do the same next summer.

We are also located within a gated courtyard, and out the front door we share a massive communal court with our neighbours. It's a really vibrant community and we are all good friends, which is great for these lockdown times! We have coffee club between meetings in the courtyard, and we set up a big screen outside in the summer for movie nights. We also have shared herb garden in the middle of the court.

You’ll be joining three chilled professionals in their mid-20s to early-30s - Ninghui, Fionn & Alex. Ninghui works in tech, Fionn is building an ethical banking startup, and Alex is an IT Engineer at a games development studio.

The vibe at the house is warm & relaxed with easy going people, and we all have an unhealthy obsession with houseplants & gardening! 🌱

We’re all active and sociable people who love to cook. Ninghui is literally obsessed with food and can tell you every hotspot to eat, Alex is into sports & video games, & Fionn is into dystopian fiction and all things Cambodia.

Everyone works hard so it's not really a party house, but instead a home where everyone likes to share a glass of wine with each other whilst also being free to do their own things.
