Double room in bright 2 bed apartment in Clapton

Lovely 2 bed flat located on the first floor of a newly converted Victorian house, 5 minutes walk from Clapton Station (12 minutes to Liv Street), several bus stops towards central just by the house, only 2-5 minutes walk from all amenities (and nice restaurants) on Lower Clapton Road and Millfields Park just opposite.....quite dreamy to live by the Marshes!

Looking for someone (clean and considerate) who enjoys chats and wine but also content doing their own thing.
I work 9am-5pm Mon-Fri , sometimes from the office, some others from home.
I love being out and about but I do equally love a night in. The flat is very quiet and peaceful despite being on the main road which is blissful.
Now we're allowed to travel again, you'll also see me sneaking out of town more often than not!

As you can see, the kitchen / lounge are fully furnished. However, the room comes unfurnished. We have a basement where we can store bikes / stuff not needed on a regular basis but the flat itself has no storage unfortunately.

Rent includes council tax. Other bills are on top, roughly £800-£820 all inclusive per month.
