Two Rooms Available in Period Townhouse

One decent sized room and another very large room is left in our bright Victorian home. They are 600/650 per month plus bills (including a fortnightly cleaner.)

The property is located 5 minutes walk to Clapton station and 7 to Rectory Road so fast access to central London. Its a vibrant area with lots happening and great places go out.

The house itself has six bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with showers and baths, one inclusive of a toilet) there are also two stand alone WC’s. There is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area and garden complete with a sofa. There are also three fridges, one for each floor of the house. I share my life with an adorable 4 year old Siberian cross kitty called Heathcliffe so cat love is important 😊

I’m an artist, combining performance, photography, philosophy and poetry. I’m also in the well-being world and launching my business in the complimentary therapies of reiki, massage and integral eye movement therapy to give me more flexibility with my working hours while I start a vocal course at music school in October. I’m from the South of England but have been a Londoner for 9 years. I’m planning to live in London one more year before making the move to Paris and have been learning French for a while now so if you speak it, ideal.

I’m very sociable and fond of laughter but also really busy and bookish so nice to share with people who like to hang out but are equally focused and independent. I’m really like living with people who are easygoing, clean professional people, ideally artistic. I favour the full time-ish employed though as it makes the referencing process much simpler as income must be proved etc.

It’s an international and multi-talented house share with a musician and stage manager, an artist and photographer and a human rights worker who is also an assistant photographer. We are from England and France.
