Cosy Small Room in a Homely House with Palm Trees

Hi Guys, we are three amazing friends, renting out a room in Clapton. It is in a mews house, all surrounded by trees. It is pretty amazing finding such a green corner around London, just 3 mins walking from Clapton overground. The house street is peaceful, full of flowers and it has a private gate. And a private parking. :) It is a very special secluded place. The room is on the first floor and it faces our garden. It is very bright.
Our house gives you the feeling of being in Jamaica. It is very cosy and calming.
We are professionals and warm people. The situation at home is literary a "home" situation. It is super relaxed. We respect each other's spaces and we spend time together too. So we are looking for somebody who is clean, relaxed and easy going. And somebody who would love our place like we do.
The room is available from 01/11.
Viewings starting from Monday the 28th included.
We are asking for £300 deposit + one month rent. :)
We are looking for the 4th friend to join us. So please, if you are looking for a random place where to stay, do not bother contacting as we are keen on keeping the vibes vibrating in the house in a very cosy, relaxed, calm and funny way.
