Great double room in creative warehouse Clapton

Hey guys!

We are:

Lucy from Sheffield
Actress, works in entertainment

Mario studying fine art at university in south London

Gemma recently moved to London, working in various coffee shops

Mirijam works in immigration, likes to socialise and go out with friends

Seth likes to DJ and go to the cinema with friends, he also enjoys long walks

Jimmy plays guitar and also like bowling

And then we have got Basil who works in a biscuit factory and he LOVES baking

We share this amazing warehouse, currently: 7 people all together; guys & girls (a great mix).

We now have one very large and beautiful double room available in our cool warehouse in trendy East London, we are looking for some new housemates to move in to our chilled warehouse, it's not a party house but we do have the occasional few per year :)

We're a friendly bunch who likes to hang out on occasion and do festivals together, but we also respect each others own space and privacy.

We all come from different places and countries all around the world, we're English, Italian, French, Romanian, Ghanaian, Brazilian, Australian and German. So a happy international mix!

These lovely double rooms features a newly refurbished comfy and spacious double bed (loft style mezzanine), with plenty of storage space underneath, as mentioned it is a mezzanine and a split level room so it is really cool, you have to come and see it!

*rent between £850 - £900 pcm.

This amazingly cool warehouse if full of creatives so like-minded new flatmates would be preferred, but anyone is welcome,
This warehouse is huge and has 3 living areas, all in all 10 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Bills (such a broadband) is all included and there is also a regular cleaner coming around to take care of the shared areas.

There's a few warehouses on the same street in locally and this area has a very good and close-knitted community where people hang out together and socialise, there's a huge space where we lounge and have lunches/ dinners together.

Due to the fact that we are all working most of the day, we have now arranged for a trusted agent to handle the viewings for us; afternoon/ evenings during the week works best for us.
