Lovely Short Term Let on Chatsworth Road

I am renting the spare room in my two bed flat in Clapton. It is available immediately until somewhere between the 20th January and 6th February (There is some flexibility with dates).

The room is bright and airy and comprised of a double bed which has built in storage, a bedside table and a cupboard. It would be possible to put a table and chair in the room to use as a desk also, if required.

The flat has a modern bathroom with bath and shower, under floor heating, fully kitted out kitchen, and a living room with two sofas, coffee table, large smart TV and a decent sound system. There is also a lean-to which i use as an office. There is also a patio at the rear which is covered and lit so can be used for drying clothes in winter, smoking area etc.

The location is great, being at the top of Chatsworth Road which has lots of nice restaurants and shops along with a Sunday market. Clapton overground is under a ten minute walk away and gets you to Liverpool Street in about 20 minutes. There is 3 parks all within a minutes walk. You can also walk over to Lea Bridge station in under 15 minutes. Lots of buses into Central London, Camden, Stoke Newington etc.

I am a professional male who works from home 3-4 days a week. I am generally out quite a lot on weekends and some evenings. I am into going to gigs and to the pub with friends along with eating out, although i also enjoy cooking at home with a cocktail or glass of wine.

Looking for a clean, respectful housemate to move in, who is easy going and friendly, and maybe even keen to share a drink or a bite to eat once in a while.
