The house:
A double room is going in our 3 bed split level faltshare in Clapton. It's an amamzing flat on a quiet leafy street, only minutes away from Clapton and Rectory Road Overground.
The flat is very light and spacious with a huge garden, which is great for summer bbqs. The ground floor leads to a light open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, which opens up to a beautiful private garden.
All three bedrooms are downstairs with a bathrooms with a shower over a bath (there is a second toilet upstairs), which creates a nice split between social and private areas of the house.
You'll be living with Lisa (Swedish) who works in the coffee roasting business and a couple Lisa (Australian) and Pedro (Argentinian) who both work in luxury food retail. Everyone is social, creative and enjoy a glass of wine (or bottle) after work but also have our own space. We would love you to join our lovely home. Also very pet friendly!!
