Double Room in lovely Lower Clapton flat

Hey there!

Due to the current COVID situation, our flatmate has to leave the flat. So we have a cosy double room available from the 14th of November in our lovely flat in Lower Clapton (Millfields Road). We can be flexible on the dates in you want to move in earlier!

It’s a bright double bedroom looking out to the street. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawer, and shelves. Pictures don't give it justice, it's actually bigger than it seems!

FLAT
The flat has 3 other bedrooms, one big communal room (kitchen + Dining + living room), and 2 bathrooms. We also have a little garden that needs arranging - we're currently on the hunt for nice garden furniture!

We have space in the flat to securely keep a bike, and there's on-street parking outside, however you'd need to get a permit for this.

YOUR FUTURE FLATMATES
You’ll be sharing the flat with me (Manon - official plant lady of the flat), Jono and Fabian. We’re all in our mid-twenties to early thirties and working - although WFH in the current situation! Jono works in sales and is a musician, Fabian is an urban planner for Hackney, and I work in sustainability PR.

We're all very sociable with each other and have been spending a lot more time together during lockdown. We respect each other's privacy and have our own social lives on the side, but we're always ready to have a drink together in the evening!

We're looking for somebody to fit into our house easily, someone sociable, laid back and clean who's up for a chat and hang out now and again but also knows the boundaries.

We're no party house but we don't mind each other having people round for dinner or drinks now and again (well...when the whole situation will have calmed down a bit that is!).

LOCATION
Our flat is ideally located just a couple of minutes from Lower Clapton Road, where you can get the main buses to East London, Stratford or Central London (55, 38, 56, 253, 254, 488, 106, 242...). If you know the area, we're 5 minutes away from the Clapton Hart.

We’re about 5mns walking from Chatsworth Road, 10mn from Clapton overground station, and 15mns from Hackney Downs and Hackney Central stations.

We’re also 5-10mns from the River Lea, 5mns from Hackney Downs park, and 5mns from Millfields park.

Single person: £652 all bills inc (electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax)

To pay when moving in: rest of November month + deposit £793
