Former female Flatmate: She was amazing all above stayed for over a year now recently has moved back to family in Italy.

You will be sharing the flat 2 professional females and 1 male, The guys are very caring people. and always up for a laugh, In their spare time they playfootball, boxing, and personal train. l listen to all kinda of music especially gospel and occasionally go out to see family .

Lots of local parks and shops. Dentist, doctors, barbers, hairdressers, mail tech, petrol station all on the busy Hugh road, which is 1 min walk from the house. . Once inside the house is quiet and peaceful as it has double glazed windows.

Walking distance from the property. Stunning River Lee Ice centre & Horse riding near by with The Olympic 2012 canal. It has various facilities including barges, row boats, canoeing, cafe, the river lea making it a tranquil location, ideal for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts.

5 minute walk to Clapton Railway station which gets to Liverpool street Or Walthamstow central in minutes.
