Ware so sad to see our Australian flatmate leave and head on a new adventure to Edinburgh.

So we're looking for a new housemate to join our beautiful Clapton house share. A friendly and quiet household with great flatmates, excellent location, very spacious and bright kitchen/living room and a lovely terrace that is perfect for summer/lockdown.

The room: Furnished with double bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. You'll have access to an external walk-in cupboard for extra storage. Your bathroom (with bath) is shared just with one flatmate.

British couple (hairdresser and music teacher)
Norwegian graphic designer
Italian working in education technology

We all get on well together and would like to find a new flatmate who fits in well with the group dynamic - easy-going, tidy and respects our beautiful home and its upkeep.

It’s definitely not a party house but we do have a lovely terrace which is great for barbecues in the summer.

The house is a fairly new build with wooden floors and nicely furnished. The kitchen is vey bright and fully equipped (incl. dishwasher). There is also an extra utilities room with a washing machine and dryer.

Transport: 5 minute walk from Clapton overground station, bus routes into central London, Shoreditch, Hackney, Dalston, Walthamstow, Camden - 48 / 55 / 56 / 38 / 106 / 393 / 253. 15 mins walk to Hackney Central.

One of the great thing we've loved during lockdown is that the flat is 5 minutes walk from Hackney Marshes and parks with plenty of nature, and a couple of pubs along Lea River with great outdoor space.

Bills: £80 per month
Total per month: £682.50

Deposit: £682.50

Sadly we can't have couples or DSS and are looking for professionals.
Move-in date is very flexible within the next few weeks - available from 23 October.
