Sunny and FUN Flat in Clapton

TAKEN. Room available for 3 months in our brilliant house share in Lower Clapton, willing to be flexible with dates and this may be possible to extend! (Also no deposit)

I'm going home for a few months from 1st December through till March and am looking for a lovely human to take my room and keep my flatmates company through the winter, I am gutted to be leaving them.

LOCKDOWN DREAM HOUSE

The room is absolutely massive with a huge bay window, great to sit at and work/people watch from if you're working from home and theres even plenty of room for yoga or anything else, in the weekend I turned it into a bar! It gets lovely morning sun right now which is a bonus in these weird times.

The House...

Our house is a massive Victorian home with high ceilings, split over 2/3 floors. We have a big lounge, huge kitchen/diner, two toilets and two shower rooms as well as a back garden, we've just invested in a fire bowl so we can sit out there in the winter evenings, one of our housemates is studying horticulture so theres plants everywhere in the house.

The Flatmates..

The house mates are all good fun, working in a range of industries from film, charity, design and education. We all get on really well and it would be brilliant to find someone who would really feel at home here, we are often sharing coffee in the morning and cook together when a few of us are home in the evening, or watch a film/ dance to some disco or dub... It's a very chilled and homely vibe, and for a house of 5 it never feels too busy or loud.

Most of us are working from home, but seeing as we have the lounge and massive kitchen we never seem to be on top of each other.

Location...

At the end of our road is Millfields park and we're a stones throw from the canal and Chatsworth Road. Tesco is our nearest supermarket but theres also a Co-op and Sainsburys walking distance as well as plenty of others!

Other info...

The room will be about £790 all up with the bills included, of the top of my head its £41 for Electric, gas, water and internet and then £33 for council tax...

I will be leaving some of my furniture, Bed, clothes rail, drawers, bedside table etc etc. But some is going into storage. So there will be plenty of room for your stuff and anything else you may want to bring like a desk!
