Double room

Hi, I'm subletting my beautiful canal-side room in Lower Clapton for approximately 3 months as I'm moving to Berlin!

The room has two large windows, a big double bed, wooden desk and chair (made by a furniture-making friend of mine!), wood flooring, shelves and a metal rail for hanging clothes.

The house is right on the canal with Hackney marshes immediately opposite. The estate is lovely and quiet with great neighbourhood feeling (a new community farm has set-up opposite). There's a cute Sunday market on Chatsworth Road with lots of food stalls and the occasional street band. The living room has big floor-ceiling windows and a big sky view that gets amazing sunsets.

My three flatmates are lovely people, friendly and welcoming, and we have a new kitten Po who is calm and adorable (we have taught him 'catch'). We like having dinners together, playing board games, playing music and being a bit silly.

Looking for someone to sublet the room for approximately three months whilst I am away. I will take or leave as much furnishings as you want (excluding the bed and clothes rail which will stay regardless). If you will not be in the house over the Christmas period (for example if you are staying with family), I am happy to discount this off the rent.
