Private top floor of brand new terraced house. Large room, built in wardrobes, bathroom with walk in shower, room for desk if needed (could fit two even). Bedroom is currently unfurnished (photos was staged), but a bed/side tables can happily be arranged if needed. The desk in the photos is also available for you.

Good sized private garden (good for safely storing bikes) with patio set, shared + furnished living/kitchen on ground floor.

We are looking for someone/people who are clean and tidy (in common areas anyway) and while we each have our own private floor and bathroom, we are happy to be social with our flatmate(s). We don't party, but do enjoy a few drinks, games night, dinner parties/brunch here an there (when we're able to have people over, anyway!). House is steps away from Millfield Park, the marshes and nice cycling/walking paths and other Clapton amenities.

Note that we have a cat, however the landlord won't allow additional pets (in case that's relevant).
