Double Bedroom with decked balcony

Hello future housemate,

We have a double bedroom available at our gorgeous 3 bedroom house in Clapton/Stoke Newington from 4th December.

The bedroom comes completely unfurnished with built in wardrobes and access to a decked patio area which you’ll share with Jess. The room is nice and cozy and is great for anyone that doesn’t have too much stuff.

Jess is 29, great fun** works as a PA in Advertising and is about to embark on a degree in Psychotherapy. Is in her silk kimono more than she is clothed just an FYI.

Leah, 33 even more fun** originally from Adelaide and works as a Social Worker.

Believes she will be an asset, but is totally unprepared for zombie apocalypse or a pandemic!

Ronnie - the most fun of all. Jess' 5 month old Jackapoo who is wanting someone who will give him cuddles when she is not home *** very important.

We have a gorgeous living area and kitchen, x 1 bathroom (with a bathtub) and front garden with a small space for a BBQ in the summer months.

We’re a stones throw from everything worth visiting.
5 mins - Crooked Billet pub
5-10 mins Clapton Station/Rectory Rd
10 mins - Blok gym (if you like to workout - its Jess’s go to)
10 mins - Hackney Downs

We’re looking for someone who loves a chat but equally likes to do their own thing. We are absolutely LGBT friendly and welcome anyone to come and view.
