Spacious Double in Great Clapton Location

Hey everyone,

We have a large double room going in our 3 bed flat in Clapton. It’s available from 20th of Feb. Rent is £720pm and bills come to roughly £50/60pm.

Current flatmates:

You’d be sharing with Cameron (24) and myself (22) who work in design and consulting. We're easy-going, sociable and happy to go for a drink in the pub (post-COVID) or stay in and relax.

We are a fun but chilled out house, which is mostly quiet as we work long hours in the week - the evenings are spent either doing our own thing or hanging out, we're very relaxed.

The room we have available is spacious, has great natural light, and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a sofa, and a double bed.

The house:

We have modern appliances, plenty of kitchen space for everyone, a garden/patio to hang out in in the summer, fibre broadband and plenty of storage space.

There are two bathrooms - the flatmate in the downstairs bedroom has the downstairs bathroom almost to themselves. The upstairs bathroom includes a bath/shower.

Our location is also amazing. We have several bus stops super close to our house (including one literally ten seconds away) making it really easy to get anywhere in no time. It's also a ten-minute walk to Hackney Central/Downs and Clapton, which has links to Stratford, Liverpool St and Walthamstow (Victoria Line).

If you like running, Hackney Downs park is literally around the corner, just 30 seconds away :)
