Double room in Friendly Clapton Houseshare

We’re looking for a female housemate to join our friendly house share in Clapton. We're looking for someone to join us for at least 6 months

The room is a good size, on the ground floor with its own private door to the back garden (main access to garden is through the kitchen). The dining room and quite a big garden are the main communal spaces (one of us in particular has transformed the back garden into a great space to be, perfect to chill and have meals out there in warmer weather.) There is one bathroom fitted relatively recently with bath, shower and toilet and then another separate toilet. Bills for energy, council tax, water, cleaner, internet etc. are about £100 each extra a month. Our landlord has given us a rent reduction because of the pandemic so the room is currently £492pm, in May it’s set to expire so the rent would be £520 after that.

The current household is made up of a musician, two artists and an architect (1 female and 3 male) ranging from 29 - 37 years old. We are looking for female more or less within that age range to keep a balance in the house. We often share meals, hang out and do things together in or out of the house (in non lockdown times) . We want the new housemate to be someone that has some similar interests and we think we will get on well with.

The house is 4 mins walk to Clapton station and 20 mins on the overground to Liverpool St, 35 mins to Oxford Circus. Millfields park is at the other end of our road and leads on to the River Lea and Walthamstow and Hackney marshes which are perfect for lockdown walks.
