En suite double bedroom in Clapton £672/month

Hey all,

One en suite double bedroom is now available for rent and we are looking for someone to move in the following days/weeks.

You will live in a house located in a quiet and green area in lower Clapton just in front of Millfields park.
The house itself ideally needs some aesthetic improvements, however everything is fully functional and any repairs needed are carried out immediately by us thanks to good relations with our landlord.

There are a nice backgarden, an open plan kitchen/dining room/living room , and one sharing bathroom. 
Clapton and Homerton overground stations are all a 10/20 minutes walk away and there are many buses that travel up Lower Clapton, Mare Street, Hackney' Downs, Homerton High Street and Dalston Lane .

Small local shops nearby as well as supermarkets and many restaurants, indipendent cafés, pubs, parks, a
cinema and Chatsworth road market every Sunday. 
You will be living with other four professionals people from 30 to 45 (3 boys, 1 girl).

The atmosphere is friendly and sociable but not a party house, we are all professional who are quiet during the night.

Ideal housemate will share our interests in arts, sports, music, movies, politics, cultural studies and good food! 
We are open to both female/male housemates and ideally looking for someone who would fit in naturally between 30-45 years old.
Smoking is forbidden inside the entire house. 
The rent is £672 bills included p/m plus cleaner service (once a week) £20/25p/m.
