Big double room + en-suite in Clapton by River Lea

Hey! I’m looking for a nice new flat mate to share my 2 bed flat in Clapton from the 1st June. You will be sharing with just me, Grace, female.

The room is a big double bedroom with a private en-suite, bright windows and enough space for a desk alongside a wardrobe and chest of drawers for working from home. Plus a second bathroom with a bath.

There’s an open plan living room and kitchen with a private balcony off with views over the River Lea and Hackney Marshes.

I have been living in the flat for 2 years and love the flat, the location and Clapton so wanting to stay while my friend is moving out. I am a fashion designer/product developer, creative type but mostly spend my time relaxing, cooking and watching tv/films in the evening or seeing close friends. Very easy going and clean person.

It would be great to have someone long-term but short-term 3/6 months could be discussed. New person will be on the house contract. There is also an option to pay for a parking space in the basement garage through the letting agent.
