Bright & cosy room on Rushmore Road

Hey there!

I am looking for the right person to take over my room and the remainder of my lease in our lovely 5-bed house on Rushmore Road.

The room is quiet, bright and is on the ground floor at the back of the house. It has a large east-facing window that lets in the morning light and opens outwards so you can let in plenty of fresh air!
The room comes furnished or unfurnished - as you wish, (the landlord contractually offers mattress, bed base and wardrobe with the rooms if wanted/needed).
I will be taking my furniture with me when I go.
Our house has a very homely vibe; a cosy living room and tasty veg garden out back where we love to have our dinners and barbeques together (even in the rain!).
We enjoy socialising here and there and having the occasional evening that could be one or the combination of dinner, drinks, music and/or board games.
We're all fond of the occasional big night too however, in general we like to keep the house vibes chill.
The house is situated on quiet Rushmore Road yet we are only 150 metres walk from Clapton Pond which offers great bus connections. Also nearby, you will find lots of little delis, pubs, restaurants. There is also plenty of great parks around us in all directions. The closest two are Hackney Downs and Millfields Park/Hackney Marshes which are equidistant from the house. a short walk further north and south is Springfield Park or London Fields.

Sapin - Juliette's Cat; he is adorable and friendly.

I will be sad to be leaving this wonderful house as we are all very close and it's been a wonderful space to call home. However, I am leaving to make the move to Devon to be with my partner :)
