I'm looking for a working professional of any age who wants a good room with great connections to central London and proximity to some lovely parks.
(a mature student is also ok provided you can prove sufficient funds/ income to cover the rent)

The room is fully furnished and includes (as in photos):

- Some storage containers

The kitchen is modern and comes equipped with everything you'll need.

The flat is a 2 min walk from Clapton station. Takes 15 mins to be in Liverpool Street so is very convenient if you work in the area.

One other flatmate lives on the property, he works full time, is very friendly, and occupies a room on the other side of the flat.

Bills included:
- Internet (fiber) (£25/person/month)
- Water (£20/person/month
- Council Tax (£50/person/month)

Bills not included:
- Electricity (~£20/person/month)
- Gas (~£10/person/month)

The room is really nice but you should definitely come and see for yourself so you know exactly what you are getting,

The flat currently has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and one extra room that is used for the landlord's storage.
