Hi all :)

Sadly my amazing flatmates are moving out, so there is one large *furnished* room going in this fabulous two bed flat on the corner of Hackney Downs park from 1st July.

The place is in a great location, equidistant to Hackney Downs and Clapton stations, right on the North East corner of Hackney Downs park, with lots of bus routes by Clapton Pond.

The price is 1000 / month, bills split between three would be about 60 each on top, slightly more if only two of us.

Great amenities nearby, 4 minute walk to Palm Deli (green grocers) and Tesco, and lots of amazing pubs and restaurants on Lower Clapton Rd.

The room comes with a double bed and mattress (unless you would like to bring your own), and a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space. The window lets lots of natural light in.

The kitchen has a brand new dishwasher and washing machine and everything is fully functional. We will be getting a fresh coat of painting in the whole flat in the next week or so, so it will be looking spic and span for your move in! The kitchen is fully stocked, but anything you have in addition would be welcome.

The living room is the real highlight of the flat. Floor to ceiling bookshelves (which you are welcome to populate), Danish designer dining table, high ceilings, lots of greenery, and general cosy vibes!

You would be living with me, a 29-year old female working in sales/marketing. I am generally very social, I love to see my friends at the pub at the weekends or go out dancing. I love to cook and exercise, and I probably won't shut up about whatever TV show I'm watching at the moment.
