Lovely Double Room

Unfortunately I’ll be moving out in September so my lovely double room will become available!

Located on a quiet street, in between Chatsworth road and Homerton High Street, it’s a lovely four bedroom house that has a south facing garden. The house has a living room, downstairs bathroom, really big kitchen, garden, and shared bathroom.

The room is a really good size, and has some really sturdy shelves for storage. It always gets loads of natural light and is really quiet - sometimes you can hear the church bells! The carpets were put down in October, so are the lovely and fresh too. You also get a lovely view of the garden from the bedroom window.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Homerton station and a five minute walk to Chatsworth Road, which has loads of lovely little shops, restaurants and bars. London fields is a 10 minute cycle, and Hackney Marshes is a 10 minute cycle in the other direction.

The room comes unfurnished, but if you need, I can leave the bed frame and mattress (both bought new when I moved into this place in October 2020).

You’d be living with:

- Jamie, works at Kew Gardens - loves growing roses
- Meg, works as a Service Designer - loves growing tomatoes
- Hannah, works as an office manager - loves growing strawberries

Jamie works at Kew so is out of the house most days, Hannah works down in Shoreditch and Meg has largely been working from home during the pandemic, so it is lovely and quiet during the days. In the evening, everyone loves to cook. We’re all clean and tidy, and a cleaner comes every now and again to help out.

It’s a really lovely atmosphere in the house, everyone gets on really well. Everyone is sociable and friendly but Its not a party flat, and everyone is respectful of space.

I’m afraid no couples.

RENT: £630/month (not including bills)
DEPOSIT : £731
BILLS: ~ £80/month

I will be looking to move out at the start of September (rent is paid on the 10th so around then would be great), however happy to discuss if you need it sooner/later.
