Really really big room! The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, wardrobes and storage space, and a big window. The flat is on the top floor and includes 1 bathroom and a kitchen which isn't huge but definitely big enough for 3 and is fully equipped. Access to garden space and shed for bike storage.

House:
The house is split into two flats, which includes a flat on the ground floor and first floor, and the second being on the third floor. Each flat has their own bathroom and kitchen / living spaces. But shared spaces include the stair lobby, corridor and landing spaces, as well as the front and back garden. This is an advert for the bedroom on the third floor which includes a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are available. But if you are interested there are 6 bedrooms available in the other flat. The room is for non-smokers only, and no couples please.

Location:
Located on Brooke Road which is literally a 2 minute walk from Clapton Station, and Rectory Road. Really quiet and scenic street between Clapton and Stoke Newington. And really close to so many parks such as Clissold Park, Hackney Downs and Millfields as well as 5 minute walk from the River Lee.

£:
Deposit is £700 the price of the rent. Additionally when you move in you have to pay 1 months rent in advance. Apart from that bills are usually £30 a month however are subject to change during winter months, and rent is monthly. The house is owned by a family who are all really lovely and very friendly. They live close by and is always on hand to mend things, usually fixed within a few days.

Housemates:
There is a total of 3 rooms in the flat, 2 are free and the other 1 are occupied by Pasha who is a film maker and director. He is really funny, friendly and easy going housemate. He is looking for a chilled professional 25+ years old.

Move in:
The room is available to move in in September so please contact us if you are interested in scheduling a digital or real viewing. Then if you are happy and all goes well you can move in! This is not a short term let, we are looking for someone who can stay at least 6 months.
