Double room in bright flat in Upper Clapton

Looking for someone to share a two bed flat in Upper Clapton with me. Took the flat on orginally with someone, but they had to drop out. I'm a 31 year old woman, a cyclist (so there’s a few bicycles in the flat) and working a 9 – 5 type job.

The flat was originally unfurnished – so It does look a bit sparse at the minute although there’s still more of my possessions to come in and I’m still getting bits and pieces, so should look a bit less clinical soon.

Rent is £700/Month, bills are not included and at the minute are over £100/month (looks like about £130 for two people, apparently need to put the council tax band it's C). Deposit 1 months rent.

The room is a large double, furniture includes a double bed and a built in wardrobe. If you want a hand sourcing a couple of cheap bits let me know (although I don’t drive so can’t actually pick up anything too big!). Also can bring you own furniture.

The rest of the flat is a living room, a kitchen, there is a small sort of conservatory type room, separate toilet and shower/bath and finally my room. I’ll be working from home 3 days a week so looking to use the small room as an office on those days, I’ve taken the smaller room because of this.

Looking for someone fairly chilled because I’ll be doing a bit of home working. Will consider pets.
Move in ideally would be in next 2 – 3 weeks.

I enjoy house sharing, so about for a chat after work/on weekends, doing food together or if it turns out there’s something we’re both interested in etc. Interests are general art/music/culture (like a lot of people), big into films – don’t get enough time atm but tends to be more art house, sci fi or trash, pretty politically engaged in terms of reading, little bit of science/tech nerd.

If that sounds alright if you just send a couple lines about yourself, when you’re looking to move, what kind of place you’re looking for and that you’re happy with rent/deposit/bills bits and the person spec bits. Probably will do only a few viewings, would rather do a slightly longer one with a bit of a chat because it’ll only be two of us living here.
