The flat is a very sunny, tidy new build (high spec) on the river/canal. It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with small balcony.
The room for rent is a big double with 2 large windows(one overlooks the canal the other the park)and lovely ensuite.

The location is great with the river/ canal, lots of park and several nice pubs in the vicinity(one is a 1 minute walk).

I am looking for a female flatmate to share this flat with. I work a 9-5 job in advertising and enjoy relaxing infront of netflix, wine, cooking and the trips to the pub.

Bills are not included and come to approx. £135/£140 per month each.

Transport:
Clapton Overground is a 5-10 minute walk (depending on your speed) -taking you to Liverpool St in 11mins. Bus Routes 48, 55, 56 & N38. go from outside the flat to central London. Angel is a 30 minute bus journey.
