Fantastic for its open green spaces like Hackney Marshes/Lea canal. Lots of independent shops and local cinema on Chatsworth Road. The Sunday street market is a bonus. Vicky park a walk away.
Transport wise - 11 min walk to Homerton Overground. Local buses and 242 bus a 2 minute walk. Safety matters so yes it’s safe and well lit.

The house has a spacious dinning kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, decent cooker, large fridge freezer in excellent working order and plenty of kitchen gadgets. Separate living room, bright with a comfy couch.
