A large double bedroom with en suite is now available in a two bedroom apartment in the lovely area of Clapton, Hackney.

I am the landlord but I do not live in the property. You’ll be living with another woman.
The room available is a double bedroom with an en suite. The property also consists of a main bathroom with an open plan kitchen and living room. There is an underground car park where a space can be purchased if you require one.

The property is situated along the banks of the River Lea, with the east face living room looking out along the river. The development, which is called Paradise Park, is a quiet one mainly consisting of young professionals and young families.

The property is close to several great transport links;

- Clapton Station - 10/15 minute walk away (12 minutes to Liverpool street)
- Lea Bridge Road Station - 10/15 minute walk away (5 minutes to Stratford / 7 minutes to Tottenham hale)
- Hackney Downs Station - 5/10 minutes bus ride away.
- Hackney Central Station - 5/10 minute bus ride away
Homerton Station - 15/20 minute walk away

There are also bus stops right outside which bus numbers 48, 55, 56 use as well as the N38 and the N55 night buses.

Hackney Wick, Westfield and Victoria Park are all short walking distances down the River Lea.
